RP500-mittakasetti sisältää sensorit, reagenssit sekä elektroniset ja nestekiertokomponentit, jotka ovat tarpeen potilas- ja QC-näytteiden analysointiin sekä RAPIDPoint 500e -järjestelmän kalibrointiin. RAPIDPoint 500e -järjestelmän kapselissa olevat anturit pystyvät mittaamaan:
